Default Sports Bras

Does anyone have a good sports bra to recommend?

I've always had a cheap one that doesn't really help much at all, and I know there has to be something better out there. With the girls the size they are (DD), I really need something that will hold them in place while I'm bouncing around. LOL (How's that for a visual?)

Any suggestions?

Try the Moving Comfort brand-- I have the rebound racer one, and absolutely love it. There is no comparison to the regular old sports bras. This one does what you expect it to. They are spendy--about $50, but worth every penny!

Pay attention to the impact rating. If it wasn't high impact, I didn't consider it.
Good luck!!

I'm a member of the itty bitty committee, so keep that in mind. But after wearing sports bras for over a decade, my favorite for stability is Under Armor's. They are very "strap them puppies down!" They have a some what larger band underneath to keep them right where they should be. Nike has the thicker band at the bottom but is not as tight around the boobs. I would say it depends on what is comfy to you. Head to a sporting goods store and test a few. Remember to do jumping jacks in them. There's not much worse than being knocked out by your own boobs.

Thanks again girls! I ended up going with the Moving Comfort brand, and I absolutely LOVE it. It's unlike any sports bra I've ever had. I never would've spent that much $$ without your suggestions, but I'm so glad I did! So, thanks!
