Because I don't use hotmail, I'm not sure if it's the case, but there are some sites that haven't upgraded to work with Firefox (they're dinosaurs now), so it's not your computer but those sites. Many have moved to upgrade their coding to get with the new browsers, but wonder if hotmail hasn't. I'm sure others will chime in if they're able to use hotmail in FF.

I use hotmail on Firefox, and don't have any problems. Sorry Corey!

that's ok, I installed FireFox on my new laptop at work on Tuesday, and every single time I load a page, it crashes on me! Not sure why, but it sure is tickin' me off! I've had to use IE to save time (crash report, send message, restore session, load, click a link, crash report, etc).

Hotmail *IS* a Microsoft based site, so likely it hasn't upgraded to work well with others, lol.

Do you have add-ons installed? It's possible one of them is conflicting with hotmail. I'd try deactivating all your plugins and seeing if you can get into hotmail and then try adding them back in one-by-one to see which one is the problem.

I did see someone say that they had problems with the Paypal plugin and hotmail so if you have that installed, it might be a good place to start.
