Default Do you have a program that cannot cut .pngs?

I'm not doing this to start a debate about the preference about cut .pngs vs. non (though personally I've come to learn to appreciate non cut .pngs where I used to despise them before). I'm wondering who and what programs cannot cut .pngs at all.

I was wondering that too- as I've seen a bunch of actions out there made to separate alphas, etc. I can't think of any computer programs that can't do it, except maybe some of the online sites that you can put pages together with (drawing a blank on the name... you upload your photos & elements and arrange a page on the site, I think...)

The few times that I've had alphas all on one sheet, I always get an email asking me to separate them. From what I gather from the customer, they do not know how to cut them apart themselves (beginner scrappers/unfamiliar with their program?) or use programs like scrapbook max (I think that is what it was called) or online scrap sites.

You can cut them out with the GIMP. Since it's free, I don't understand why anyone would stick with a program that can't do that basic function, but that's just me.

FYI: I love when they're separated.

Looks like I posted at the same time as Sara! Basically, GIMP can do everything PSE can do and more (except run actions, since they're specifically written for photoshop, but you can write your own actions, called script-fus, in GIMP).

Add Memory Mixer and the Boxed Scrapbook Softwares to the list that can't cut pngs apart - CK Scrapbook Studio or whatnot.

Ditto to this! I hate having 25 million letter files in my photo bin!

I used to always like them separated. I don't like that now, I like them all on one sheet, I just put a little box around them and drag them over to my LO. Much faster!

I use PS though, and that's all I've used. I do know though, initially when I started, I preferred them separate, not because I didn't know how to cut them, I did. I don't know why. LOL

ETA that I mean this for alphas. I would never want all elements or something on one sheet because I resize them and that would be a PITA LOL

I also prefer the full page PNGs-- and use the ancient PSE 5 currently to cut them apart.

eh. I prefer individual files. No reasoning other than selecting and dragging bores me.

foto fusion doesn't let you cut them either.

I prefer seperate files cause its easier for me to just copy and paste it onto my LO rather than draw a box around it, possibly not get the box on it right, and then copy and paste it over and hope I don't screw something up before doing the next letter.

I'm pretty lazy, so I prefer individual files. But I can cut them, and it doesn't really bother me if they are all together either.
