That pretty much explains it all. It was fine until about 20 minutes ago, when it wouldn't let me sign in. It kicked me off while I browsed in Jenn B's kits, and that was it. Help?

It happened to me too. Just when I was about to checked out, it asked me to sign in again, but I keep on coming back to the login page. Very sure my ID and password are correct

I managed perfectly yesterday with my purchase and downloads but I wnated to add some stuff to my wish list and can't stay logged in.

Me too.... I used to be able to log in. No error, the screen just jumps and then resets itself. Tried going in through the download links from my order and that brings me to the DL page with what looks like active links and then it again 'jumps' a little, seems to refresh, but stays the same.

I picked up a few things earlier today with no problem and just this minute went to log in to see if it works. I didn't have any problems at all. And none of the files I've download have been corrupt - at any point in this process. For what it's worth, I'm on a Mac using Safari.
I can't help but think there's some common denominator either with the provider or the browser - or a combination thereof. Sorry you're still having problems, Robin . . . I keep hoping this mega headache will be over for you!! ![]() |

still can't login through Firefox and Chrome, but I am determined to get the 20% off so I shopped using my iPad and it went without a glitch

I can log in but when I try to add something to my cart, it brings me to the cart and says my cart is empty. I tried a few different products and tried it from the main pages and from designer store pages. No luck.

Just tried X-cart and I can't log in there either. Firefox on a mac, if it makes a difference.

I FINALLY could get in. I have been one of the people having issues continuously since last week. I logged out of the Forum and shoppe completely. Then logged into the store. I don't know why, but I was finally able to log in and download/unzip files. THEN, I logged back into the forum. Not sure if this was why it worked, but it just worked for me and I was able to download my purchases from this past weekend. Good luck.

After reading that someone could get in on their ipad, I tried it (good thing hubby opened his bday gift early!) and was able to shop and log into xcart. I hope narrowing things down helps you Robin. So sorry you are dealing with all of this!

Okay, that worked for me too. Cleared cookies and can now shop and log into xcart!

I'll have to try that, but I thought I had already. Huh. Still can't log in, still can't download. Off to restart the computer and get rid of cookies.
Edited to add: Okay! I restarted my computer, got rid of some temp files (but not the cookies!), and signed into the store manually this time, even though the cookie wanted to fill it in for me. This time I was able to sign in, and download the Jenn B kits I ordered. Yay! The files are fine! Last edited by JulieB146; 04-05-2011 at 12:44 PM. |
