Okay, God, I Get It. Sooooooooooo Funny.

When we first found out I was pg, I thought to myself, 'Oh, good. I finally get to do something first!' Being a second wife two different times can give you (me) kind of a complex. I didn't get to marry either of my DHs first or have kids with them first, but gosh darn it, I'll get to be the first to have a baby in each of our (his ex, ours, and my ex) second (well, third in my ex's case) marriages!

I joked to Jeff, 'Wouldn't it be so something God would find funny if your ex and my ex's wife got pg at the same time I was?' He was like, 'Yeah, what are the chances of that?'

What do you know but his ex told us she was pg this past June. When I heard the news, I busted out laughing. Okay, God. You're funny. Ha ha.

I found out today, via Facebook, that my ex's wife is pg, too, and was just abt halfway through her pg when Eliana was born! Okay, God, I get it. Sooooooooooo funny.

Of course, we thought Jeff's ex might want to have one more baby, but I never in a million years thought my ex and his wife would try for a baby. While she is my age, he is 45 and already has 5 daughters with the youngest being 13. Not only that, but he had a vasectomy at the end of his first marriage.

But they tried (and reversed! *lol*) and succeeded.

I'm pretty sure it's entirely because of what I thought this past January. God did it just to spite me.

At least He let me do it first.
