Switch to Mac?

Hey everyone! Haven't been around for quite a while but am hoping to get back in the swing of things. Going to play the Summer Games to give me a boost.

Anyway, I have a question for those of you who have switched from PC to Mac. I've used CS3 forever and have both a PC and now a Mac. I've only ever used a PC for scrapping but wonder if it would be worth purchasing CS for the Mac and switching over. I figure since I feel like I'm learning all over again...maybe I should just start over completely?
