Does anyone know who sings...

that song they play on the radio every 5 mins that "I kissed a girl and I liked it... the taste of her cherry chap stick..." are some of the main lyrics. It is so catchy and I love it now that I have heard it about 345 times yesterday while scrapping away. I always miss who the artist is though!!
