Can someone PUH-lease tell me

why my 3 year 8 month old POTTY TRAINED son is suddenly having accidents on a regular basis? We're talking poo poo on the playground, in our friends' living room, in the mobile phone company office, the nice restaurant...

And who can make poo poo in his underwear without his eyes getting huge, spreading his legs and saying, loud enough for mom to hear on the other side of the playground, "MOMMY! POO POO!" Like the poop on the ground doesn't clue us all in.

Seriously, he's been potty trained since MARCH and is JUST NOW having accidents. Anybody have any insight for me?
