HELP!

Okay, so I just finished a LO. But when I saved it, I only saved the web version. I didn't save it as a 12x12. I don't know why. And my PSD is web sized too. I can't just change the size in PSD b/c it gets all blurry.

Is there anything I can do, or do I have to start all over?
