I've had more and more problems with this since getting a new computer!! I have found that I indeed have not backed up my stuff and so am going to have to retag everything I have. Luckily, I was able to get my old computer running well enough that I can just go down my list of tags on that computer and just copy it over onto this computer. So, I was able to get my order number from ACDSee and redownload the product - yea! But now when I am trying to run it, I'm getting a message about it not being able to read a database blah blah blah. I emailed them the exact message I'm receiving but really want to see if I can talk to someone from tech support to get this resolved more quickly.
The number I found on the site was for order questions only. Does anyone have a tech support number?
