Really Random Question

This is a bit strange to ask, but I'm curious. When you brush your teeth, do you use cold or warm water?

I've always used cold and never even thought of using warm - mostly because it feels kinda icky to mix toothpaste with warm water. Maybe I'm just totally weird, though.
