30 Day Shred...

I know some of you have it and have/are doing it. DH got it for me today (yes, I should be insulted, but who has the energy?

) and I need some shred buddies! I'm starting tomorrow and I'm nervous!!! Hold my hand and tell me what I need to do. More importantly, tell me if it works!!!
