I started WW on 3/1/10 and in less than a month I have lost 13.6 pounds!
Today was my weigh-in day, and I achieved my 5% goal! ![]() I am not going to meetings, but using the e-tools, and the app for my iPhone. The crazy thing is I eat all the time! I think I was sabotaging my efforts by skipping meals (breakfast mostly) before. I did it years ago, and am SOOO glad the days of manually figuring out Points values for recipes is over thanks to the recipe builder on their site! ![]() Anyway... just wanted to share! ![]() |
