in need of a recipe please :)

Lilly's birthday is on July 16th, and we are doing a Jessie from Toy Story/general cowgirl theme

I was thinking of making baked beans and pulled pork sandwiches (hotdogs for the kiddos too) but I have never actually made baked beans from scratch before *hangs head in shame*

Anyone have any EASY and tried to true recipes to share?
