okay I had to google this.. Here is a blog site with a whole bunch of silly laws (many have been revoked... I hope)
http://crazytopics.blogspot.com/2007...n-america.html but my favorite one from my state takes place in Wilbur, WA (about 1.5 hours from where I live)... It's illegal in Wilbur, Washington, to ride an ugly horse |

At least they were thinking a little with this one (although obviously not thinking a lot).
In Maryland, it is illegal to sell condoms from vending machines with one exception: prophylactics may be dispensed from a vending machine only "in places where alcoholic beverages are sold for consumption on the premises."

Umm...Darcy....I think I should be arrested since I have failed these past 9 years to get pictures of either boy in the Blue Bonnets
![]() Here's one of my favs from my adopted state (Texas): A recently passed anticrime law requires criminals to give their victims 24 hours notice, either orally or in writing, and to explain the nature of the crime to be committed. LMBO! followed very closesly by this one: Clarendon: It is illegal to dust any public building with a feather duster. |
