help ... roasting pumpkin seeds.
Ok, seriously, I have NEVER roasted my own seeds. My neighbor did them for me last year, and normally hubby does them. But he works tonight, and since I just carved out three pumpkins, I have a huge bowl of seeds.
Help?!  hehehee What do you do? Any good "recipes" or tips I need to know??
