Ugh... and probably he knows it annoys you and wants to do it even more. One of my neighbors in my apartment before I was married would play his drums at 2 am... called the manager a number of times and they didn't do anything about it...
 Some days I just want to live in the middle of the country!!

Hhahaha I do live in the middle of the country!! Well kinda. I mean the lots out here are at least an acre a piece but it is so quiet noises like drums carry really well. Its not so loud when I have the tv going and the ac on but like if I want to take a nap in the middle of the day and I want quiet it is pretty loud then.
