We do have the dining plan and are planning on doing character meals. I have heard great things about the Donald's breakfast (that's Tusker House, right??) - but it's booked for our dates! - The Flying Fish Cafe (Disney's Boardwalk Resort) (Dress Code) @ 7:25pm {TWO meal tickets per person}
- Whispering Canyon Cafe (Disney's Wilderness Lodge) @ 4:10pm
- Boma - Flavors of Africa (Disney's Animal Kingdom) @ 6:30pm
- Hollywood & Vine (Character Dining @ Disney Hollywood Studios) @ 11:55am
- Ohana - (Character Breakfast @ Disney Polynesian Resort) @ 9:25am

Yah a lot is going to be booked. 50's is fun, as long as you intend to have fun with it. The waitresses are not what you would expect, so go into it w/ an open mind.

Crystal Palace is good... we had breakfast there, but I'm sure the food will be good no matter which. Characters were a little slower there than other places, but it looks like you have one of the early dinner seatings so you should be fine

you'll love h&v. JoJo was awesome.

Ohana is FUN..we didn't go there this time but I've been to the Poly in the past for character dining and really enjoyed it.

Which plan are you on? Deluxe or regular?
