The volunteer group I'm in sends the coupons over via this site http://www.ocpnet.org/. You pick a base to send them to and then they have a certain way they want them sorted (food/non-food). We've sent thousands of dollars worth over the past few years. It really is a great program.

Yup! If I can't use them, but someone else still can, I definitely want to send them out!
