Tonight is beefy cheesy mac

I'm using the radiatore pasta, browning hamburger, and adding in double cheese ragu sauce. Quick and easy.

I normally have a month planned out, but haven't so much as even thought about it for May, we have so much going on in the next two weeks...

Last night: Grilled Chicken, Pesta Pasta Salad (pasta, pesto, spalsh of Italian dressing, sun dried tomatoes, red bell pepper, olives, zuchinni, mozz cheese) , & green beans

Tonight: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, roasted broccoli, some sort of bread

Tomorrow: Grilled pork chops, potato salad, corn, peaches & strawberries

Thursday: Chicken fajitas, beans, rice, maybe something for dessert ??

Friday: Hamburgers, oven fries, BBQ beans

No recipe link but tonight we are having whole wheat spaghetti tossed with sauteed grape tomatoes, sugarsnap peas, and garlic slices.

Just saute your pea pods in a bit of olive oil for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of dried basil and oregano, salt and pepper. Add halved grape tomatoes and sliced garlic cloves and saute for 1 minute or so. Add cooked spaghetti, stir, and serve.

I just finished dumping a bunch of stuff into a crockpot to pretend that I know how to make lasagna that way.

We are leaving on vacation on Friday so that will feed us for a couple of days until we leave along with whatever in the fridge will go bad while we are gone.
