Check Out Problem?
I'm having a problem checking out it's telling me "Sorry, there are no available shipping methods for your location." anyone having the same problem? or know how to fix it? HELPPPP???

Will you check it out now? Everything looks good on my end, so if it still doesnt work for ya, will you try checking out one product at a time to narrow down which is giving the issue?

Robin,
It's cindy's templates (the title ones that she released tonight the bundle) that's giving me problems checking out---Its the one that refuses to let me check out--I checked all 3 of the other ones out at the same time without a problem --Laura

I checked out fine with Cindy's word art template set bundle but it doesn't give me a DL key. Maybe that will help figure out the issue? The kits I purchased were fine and DL'd fine too. I hope that helps you find the issue.

Yup, I just tried to check out with Cindy's bundle and on the shipping and payment screen it's showing USPS First-Class Mail as the shipping method
ETA: It seems to be just the bundle. I put the 2 individual products in there and the shipping info looked fine. I didn't try to purchase, though; I'll wait for the bundle to be fixed. Last edited by KateD; 09-10-2011 at 09:25 AM.
