I'm trying to print a couple B&W pics of the kids and they're coming out purple.
The file itself is grayscale in Photoshop so my assumption is something to do with the printer profile or something along that lines, no? *shrug* I dunno... I just know that if I waste any more ink and photo paper, I'm going to rip my hair out. Thanks ![]()

hmmm do you have a black ink cartridge to print with or using color? Maybe ink levels are low in the color cartridge? Ive never really had that problem so I hope someone can help

In my experience, when colors print "off" it's the cartridges...they might be getting low...

My ink cartridges are all full, have been cleaned, etc.

Ugh. How frustrating. Are all of your other photos printing ok from your printer? Is it different paper - maybe it's old?
That's probably not much help, but I know how frustrating that is! ![]()
