My hubby went to the grocery store the other day and found these cookies. I really love the Samoas but you know they are only available for like a month or two and sometimes we miss them being sold since we dont know anyone with a child in girl scouts. Well these cookies are a really good alternative if you want them when the Samoa's are not available.

Keebler makes cookies that are just like Thin Mints too. They are called Grasshoppers..I think.

They have pb filled ones too that taste like Tagalongs..yummy

if they are too $$ for ya Walmart has these in store brand that taste the same

Both of my girls are Girl Scouts and bought so many boxes that we're still eating them.. but these will be great when we finally run out in a few months!

I like the peanut butter ones occasionally. I normally do not like chocolate unless it is with peanut butter or caramel then it is good (the caramel and peanut butter drown the chocolate taste a little so I can deal with it then). Ive had the grasshoppers too but dont really care for them that much.

When you buy girl scout cookies - buy extra and freeze them. Thats what my girls are always telling people

oh, I so looooove samoas!! I just saw that my brother had 2 boxes of them left the other day, and I tried to buy a box off him for $5.00, and he said NO! Stinker...lol. I'm gonna have to try these.

they were on sale at the grocery store when my husband bought them. 2.50 a box. Still kinda expensive but a little easier then full price. I think regular price was around 4-5 dollars though so I defenitely agree they were pricey

oh and I have tried the icecream. I didnt really like it because it has a fudge swirl and to me the chocolate was just to strong. Could not taste the icecream, caramel or coconut in it.

You girls do know that Keebler owns Little Brownie Bakers who makes those cookies for the Girl Scouts, right? So, those are pretty much the same cookies as the Somoas, Thin Mints and Tagalongs. (I like the ABC Bakers cookies better, personally. I hunt down the Girl Scouts selling Carmel Delights and Peanut Butter Patties instead.)
