I sent an email to the store a few days ago inquiring about a bad zip file and also an order that has been in queued status for a few days and have not heard back from anybody. I used the contact us link that was on the left hand side of the page from within the store. Is there another way to contact someone regarding this?

It's really strange, because whenever I had a problem in the past, Robin usually replied within five minutes. Literally! And always to my full satisfaction. I was blown away! Hope your problem can be solved quickly!
