Default Looking for a kit/possible request

I'm sure someone can help me. I'm working on starting my own photography business and I've been working on my logo and what not and I'd like to find a kit I can use to personalize my logo and other marketing items. (gift certificates, business cards, thank you cards, logo, stationary, etc.)
I'm looking for a kit(s) with this color palette:

Anyone know of a kit or would someone be interested in making a kit with this palette? Even a mini kit?

I could be totally wrong and someone please correct me if I am... but I think you'd have to buy commercial use stuff for logos and stuff like that.

Yeah, you would have to contact any designer who's stuff you were planning to use, to see if they even allow for that use. Most don't, so you should definitely check. Some will, with an additional fee, but again, that's up to the individual designers.

ETA that after being in the greeting card business for years, you also have to make sure any fonts you use are commercial use as well, always read the TOUs that come with them when you buy them, you'd be surprised by some!

I was thinking the same thing. Back when I used some kits to make flyers promoting a school charity drive I checked the TOUs for a bunch of designers, and most indicated that if you were making money off the kit in any way (with the possible exception of scrap for hire) you needed to get a commercial license.

ETA: Jamie posted while I was typing. She said it better.

I figured I'd have to buy commercial use which is fine by me.

I just want to be able to customize my logo to put on my contract form, the order form, the price list, thank you cards to be sent after a shoot, business cards, gift certificates, etc. I wouldn't be using any of it for templates or anything like that.

And as for fonts, I'm using the most basic fonts because I knew about the commercial use part of that.

I immediately thought of La. She tends to rock the yellow.

I know a couple of them have brown instead of gray/black but maybe you can mix and match?

I cannot stress enough to contact the designers. What you want to use them for is not allowed under most usages. And many free fonts (aside from Windows fonts) are NOT commercial use. Most are freeware and not allowed for such purposes.

I'm not trying to sound condescending, I've been down this road after doing a lot of research into this over the years, and thought I'd save you some leg work.

Commercial use in scrapbooking land is NOT the same as commercial use in fonts and other graphics or stock photos.
