Help... I am still having trouble with bleed / blurriness on my uploaded pages here.
I feel that it may have something to do with the size that I scrap in - which is 8X10 - so I can't re-size to 500X500.... but I have no clue - i'm so confused. This doesn't happen at other galleries - and I just can't figure out where I'm going wrong. I also use photoImpact - but that shouldn't matter... This is my latest page - you can see the red bleed on the white stitched hearts... ![]() ![]() https://www.sweetshoppecommunity.com...ten_By_You.jpg If anyone could help - offer suggestions - that would be great!: Holly ![]() |

Holly, once you've finished and flattened your layout, select Image>Image Size. Make your longest edge 700 pixels at 72dpi. Next select Image>Canvas size. Make sure the little block on the tictac toe square is in the centre, and change your canvas dimensions to 700x700. Make sure your background colour is white, and press OK. Now you have a square image that will display nicely in the gallery. Because it has white sides, no one will even notice because the white blends with the gallery background.
Now you can sharpen the image. There are lots of ways to do that, but a simple way is to select Filter>Sharpen>Smart sharpen. Once you've done that Save for Web, keeping the image just below 250kb. See how that goes.

Thanks Jacinda - still a little bleed - but not as much.
