What is your favorite app for Project Life/P365?
It seems like there were a lot of apps that came out for Project Life/P365 last year. What have you tried and stuck with?
I am currently using Oh Life - I love the way I can just respond to the daily email.. I don't love that you can only export ALL of your posts... so maybe I could find something similar but better? What about an app to put a daily picture into a calendar? I think I'm going to do Project Life digitally this year so I'm looking for anything that will help! |

Oh Life, and Photo365 on my iPhone are my go-to apps.

I use Day One for random journaling throughout the day. It reminds me at 9 AM, 4 PM, and 9 PM and I pull it out and type whatever I'm doing if I've got a second.
I also use Momento to just look over everything. It takes all my Facebook, flickr, etc and combines them into a timeline. |

I use Photo 365, a photo a day into calendar app. I don't use anything to make note of my activities because most days it would be work, eat, crash. If there's something out of the ordinary, I'll take a photo and that photo usually jogs my memory.

I use Evernote. It's online & on my laptop & my phone. I can take photos with the phone & make notes & they sync with my laptop automatically & I can get to them online from any computer.

Jennifer, I am doing an Instagram project next year. I am wondering if you have to take a photo through the app in order for it to show up or can you tell the app what photo to put in the daily spot?
ETA: Never mind! I looked at the details and found the answer.

Nope, you don't. I just use my preferred camera app.

Thanks for the suggestions!! I've been checking everything out and this is what I'm going with...
Camera+ as my default camera PhotoSync to get all my pictures off my phone, onto my PC and into Lightroom (FANTASTIC app! Worth way more than the $1.99) Oh Life to record daily notes (it emails me at 10pm every night) Momento to pull all of my social feeds (there aren't many!) Looking forward to a new year! |

I found these recently My365, which is picture a day calendar, not really for journaling, but it is free and it will post to your facebook page or twitter. And I found one for Instagram lovers called InstaCC, which is free and a bonus if you want daily challenges they have them for 1.99 also. Both have limited filters on them too.

I'm an Android user, and most of these apps aren't available for Android. I spent some time in the Google Play store last night looking for alternatives, and here's what I found.
Journal Notes and Diary Notes Multimedia are both free apps from the same company. Journal Notes is journaling only, and the multimedia version allows you to add multiple photos each day. I upgraded to the paid version, Journal Notes Multimedia, so that I can sync with my computer. (The one disadvantage is that it syncs when you connect through USB, not wirelessly.) Diaro 3 is similar, but if you're a Dropbox user the paid version of the app can sync with your computer through DropBox. If you want to see more reviews, they're under the previous version, Diaro. All of these apps have a calendar view, which was a must for me.

I wish there was an Android app for Momento. That is a bummer!

I use momento and LOVE it. It syncs all my FB statuses and that will be invaluable to me when doing my weekly spreads. Iplan to copy some of them onto journal cards.

Photo365 and Momento. I love Momento because it can slurp feeds from my twitter, instagram, FB, and blog. Plus I can write a "moment" with a picture on it too. This is how I managed to get caught up with Project Life last year.
