How far would you travel to meet digi friends?

I was reading all the posts yesterday and didn't recognize a lot of the posters so I looked at the date. Saw it was 15 years old!

Might as well answer it. I've traveled (all driving trips) from Ohio to Michigan, a 3 hour drive. Ohio to Virginia, between 7 and 8 hours. Ohio to Alabama, between 8 and 9 hours. Ohio to Ontario, about 4 hours 30 minutes. These were all retreats and I've been to a bunch in Ohio with the farthest being 3 hours.

However, back in 1997, I flew from Ohio to Los Angeles (about 2200 miles) to meet up with some friends from an AOL message board for the weekend. Then in 2002, a group of these friends went to NYC for a weekend to attend a benefit that was organized by one of the stars of As The World Turns (we were all fans of it) so I got to meet some more of our AOL board members at that benefit. Bonus was meeting quite a few of the soap stars I had been watching on various shows over the years!

Hahaha I had the same, but I did not noticed at first

I have met some "old" digiscrappers before and I traveled to London to meet up with one of them to spend a weekend with her and her daughter and I even went to Wendy's (WendyP Designs) wedding with her love

If someone ever travels to the Netherlands and wants to meet...let me know and we'll make it work
