Default Willemijne

Could you PLEASE make a little mini kit for Sinterklaas?
I have been scrapping for years but I miss little embellishments like Sinterklaas en zwarte piet, pepernoten, chimney and so on.

I think you will have a lot of happy face in the Netherlands and Belgium.

I just LOVE it when designers are so kind to make something by request.
I knew nothing about that subject/holiday but just checked Wikipedia and it sounds very interesting. (it's interesting also because there are so many similarities in European folklore but that's a whole different story)

That's great Willemijne! There aren't any Sinterklaas kits that I know of, so it'll definitely go on my wishlist!

You are right Renata. I know a lot of dutchies do this but we looooove christmas so decided to celebrate that one.

My mom used to do it for the grown ups in the past but she was cured from the idea after lot's of people brought surprises with blubber, jelly, confetti and ice. It was one year only lol.

My son is three and completely focussed on Sinterklaas at the moment. I think Sinterklaas in Holland is like Santa Claus in the rest of the world. I love to see his face when he sees him on tv or elsewhere. Tomorrow Sinterklaas comes at my husbands work.....I can't wait to take pictures.

I worship this kit, I love it!
Just what I needed with my 2-year old jumping all over the place this time of year!

Another suggestion: a Holland-kit?
Windmills, cheese, wooden shoes, water, dutch kids (with the cute little costumes), tulips, bikes, typical Dutch houses, Delfts Blue...
Maybe you can make a serie out of that, or an add-on: Dutch foods! Frikandellen, bitterballen, stroopwafels, boerenkool met worst, vla, haring, poffertjes, hagelslag, drop...
Some funny quotes as an add-on, something like this: http://dutchspeakwords.com/Content/Shop.aspx

I have kits for loads of other countries, but I do miss a kit for our little country!

*shows some puppy-eyes*
