Default How would you cook...

I've got some chicken legs with thighs attached and I'm wondering how in the heck to cook them, lol.

Yes, it's quite sad how little I know about cooking. Yesterday I didn't even know how to cook a hamburger patty without a barbecue, lol.

One of our favorite ways to do chicken, is to skin it, dip it in milk, and then a mix of Italian seasoned bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Drizzle melted butter over the top (not too much), and bake. With the bones it will take longer...I do skinless boneless thighs at 350 for an hour...so you would need to increase that by a bit.

Another way is to skin them, put them in a baking dish, pour bbq sauce over (an entire bottle) and bake. I do this often when I'm super busy. Dinner is ready in an hour (again, a bit longer with the bone in them). I have to serve this with rice, because my boys love to add the bbq sauce into their rice!

You also can just brush with butter or olive oil, season and bake (like what La said).

I haven't a clue because I'm not much of a cook, but I always google stuff and get the answers:

Here's a couple links:

If you can get it, Yoshida's teriakyi sauce (red label on bottle) is delish on thighs! I sprinkle them with granulated garlic (or garlic powder) and a little bit of crushed red pepper for spice. Pour a whole bottle of the sauce over them. Bake them for about 45 minutes, turning them over half way through. Serve over rice with a stemed veggie. YUM!!!!

I boil mine in water with a little garlic powder chicken bullion, and seasonings, then I make homemade egg noodles. Pull the meet off the bone, don't use the skin and put it back in the broth from the chicken add the noodles and some cornstarch and it makes wonderful chicken and noodles.

We had some amazing chicken breasts last night! You could do your legs/thighs the same way...

Mix together 1/2 (or full) can of pink lemonade concentrate, 2 tbsp. cooking oil, 3-4 cloves of garlic, little bit of chopped onion (I used red), 2 tbsp. soya sauce, 1-2 tbsp. honey and some pepper.

Marinade your chicken in the sauce for 4 hours and then bake (usually about 20-30 mins. depending on your oven) or BBQ.

Super yummy!
