I agree -- it looks like a fun challenge! Here were a few that caught my eye in the Sugarbabe gallery:

Camille: This one has the title up and down and mixes different colours:


Crazy Blue Hair Day: Mixing fonts with alphas and different colours, all on an angle:


Two: The alpha is mixed into an element:


Cheese: The title is on a wave:


Funny Face: Two alpha colours, off-set:
