December Daily: Week 1 - Dec 1-7 and cover page
I loved how we posted our layouts for everyone to see and be inspired by each other last year... and thought it would be great to do it again this year!!!
So, let's grab our spots and post our cover page and first week's layouts here... I seriously can't wait to see what you guys are up to... has anyone started yet?

I decided to try it again this year (still working on my project from last year, lol).
This year, I decided to take a simpler approach, and go with Ali's inspiration: I created a two page spread as a base that'll help me quickly jump start each page. Generally, I will do the photos on the left, and the story telling on the right, and use just a few papers and elements to embellish. For the photos, I decided to use Traci's slip ins (unless it gets too redundant, then I'll switch it up a little). But generally speaking, the slip ins are so much fun, and they'll be perfect for a project like this! I chose the A4 format for the paper size, because I'm thinking of getting the pages printed. I also started with Nov 25th, because for me, that's when the Christmas season officially started, lol! I just posted on article with lots of tips on how to tackle the December Daily project on my blog. Front & Back Cover:      For privacy reasons, I scratched out a bit of the journaling.

Oh how fun!! I think I'll try.
This was my favorite layout so I altered it to both make my Christmas Cards AND my December Daily cover page!

I haven't decided if I'm sticking with this design yet. Cover  Dec. 1 Perched on the travel coffee mug  Dec. 2 A Mini Marshmallow Bubble Bath  Dec. 3 Juggling  Dec. 4 Texting  Dec. 5 Visiting with a friend  Dec. 6 Caught Christopher peeking at unwrapped gifts.  Dec. 7 Christopher found an elf sized breakfast.

Here's my inside cover page. I'm planning to put together a studier chipboard cover too.  I'm using a mix of Zoe's Tis the Season kit and Jenn's Kitschy Christmas collab for my pages.

First of all- everyone's pages totally ROCK!
 I love all the inspiration!!!! I need to redo my cover, I was going to make a 5x7 book, but now I'm planning on changing up the sizes. And I like someone else's idea to use different kits for 2 page spreads. I'll be able to use some of my fave Christmas kits (and maybe even have the excuse to buy a couple more  )

bumping this because I'm just NOW finishing up this up and I'm sure I can't be the only one straggling to finish up this week! I started a week earlier than some, though. I have 14 pages done, woot!
