Default If I handed you $50 bucks...

what would you use it for/spend it on ? It's easy to fantasize about like a million dollars or whatever.. but really..... what would you do with 50?

I'd probably go out to eat. I spend most of extra money I have on food. If it were $200, I'd buy a new camera, because I really need one of those.

I'd save it towards the DSi my DD really wants for Christmas. She thinks Santa will bring her whatever she asks for and I can't tell her we're the ones that have to buy it.

Since I joined a gym on Friday, I would have to say workout clothes. I have quickly realized that the clothes I workout in at home are not really gym appropriate (ex: pajamas) LOL!

Well, Rachel's birthday is coming up and she is really wanting a Rapunzel dress from the Disney store...so I might go with that.

Or I'd make a little dent in my ginormous wish list. LOL

A day to myself, get the in-laws to watch the kids, get a few new songs for my iPod, chill in a coffeeshop with a new book, fancy coffee drink, and dessert, walk around town, maybe pick up some new make-up, and then go out to dinner.

I would by myself some clothes, since I down to owning one pair of jeans, two pairs of baggy track pants, and three T-shirts. Yup, I do laundry all the time. I can't help it if I wear stuff out before I replace them. hehehe
It's too cold for capris now, so I need new clothes.

I'd send it in to the furniture store. I just got a new couch, and I need to have it paid off in 6 months to avoid interest. LOL

I'm not sure... Dh's grandparents just sent us $50 to put toward whatever and it's been sitting here staring at me for a week, lol.

We just replaced all our windows & our patio door, so we should put it towards that I guess, lol. OR maybe a manicure for me - I've kicked me 20 year nail biting habit and I think I deserve it!!

Mine either! Which is no big deal when my hair is long, but since I am trying to keep it medium length, its kinda problem. But I have so many more things to do.

use it to go out with my husband for a real dinner out. We occasionally get a few extra bucks to go to say Mcdonalds or something equivalant but have not been to a nicer restaurant in at least a year

Probably sounds cheesy, but I'm sure I'd spend most of it here at SSD (my wish list simply is just too long, lol). Another photobook might be another option.

ETA: seriously, I catch myself standing in the snack aisle of our store and trying to decide - snack or another kit from SSD? Is that weird or what? On the other hand - that sometimes does help me keep my snacking balanced, since I'm on a tight budget!

If it was to be spent on me, like here-buy something for yourself, I'd buy a new pair of pants! I've got 1 pr of jeans, and 1 pr of cords---which are brosn and don't match a whole lot and also suck to wear in the summer!!! If it was just like- hey have $50... it'd probably go to bills.

I would use it towards a plane ticket to go see my mom in Arizona ... I miss her a lot! She just moved out there in April. Tickets to Phoenix are so expensive ... $50 would definitely make it a bit lighter on the pocketbook.

It would be very tempting to spend it on my WL. It's quite long right now--ah there's always something to look forward to with scrap stuff.

I want a pair of Ugg boots. $50 dollars when converted to £ would probably buy me the sole of one boot

Or some more Copic markers

A laptop bag

A few tunes for my iPod

An umbrella and a pair of wellies might be sensible as I am just sat watching the weather forecast for England

Hmmm...if I was being responsible I'd add it to my new glasses fund, since that just got destroyed having to buy new clothes and shoes for the kidlets. But if I could be frivolous with it...I'd buy yarn and a pile of second hand bookd

Books.

That's what I spend all 'found' money on. Unless I have my eye on some yarn for a special project.
