Hi everyone

I used a gift certificate on the sale and $25 wasn't deducted from my $50.03 purchase. I'm in tears. Is this an error on my side?

I bought the gift certificate last weekend with the intention to use on the Black Friday sale.

PS : I'm only really venting here because their offices only open at 10am (5pm my time)
