I think that's what I have. My throat is super duper sore. And that is how it all started. But I thought, oh, I'm simply just getting a sore throat, no biggie. I went home early from shopping. Went to bed. Slept for soooooooo long (like 8 hours) and woke up with a bad headache, fever, chills, body aches from head to toe and still a sore throat. I was unable to get up at all. Just today I am able to get up very little. Like 10-15 minutes tops then I have to lay down.

yep we had it here too. IT SUCKED!! I was in bed sleeping for almost two days straight because I was feeling so bad.

sounds like what i had labor day weekend. i was dead to the world on the couch for like 5 days and then spent several more days in and out of bed. it was rough... sickest i've ever been.

We've had the stomach flu here since Thursday. Let me tell you, that's been fun. Two of the kids started throwing up 15 minutes before guests arrived, then our baby started puking at 9 last night and was throwing up until 1 in the morning. I've been out for the count today, and then about an hour ago my husband came in telling me he hoped I was better, because he was sick now. Very, very fun.

Oh, I hear all of you! I think I've got it too! And my 4-year old is getting sick... I don't know what I'll do if my 4-month old gets it!

Well, my throat got to the point where I couldn't swallow even a drink w/o it killing me so I went to a MedExpress and had them see both Aubrey and I because Aubrey has had this strange rash that comes and goes and she has had a few fevers here and there. Well, we both tested positive for strep. She wasn't complaining of a sore throat at all. They weren't even going to test her for it. Because they even looked at her throat and didn't see anything. Mine they could see so they tested me and when it was positive they said, we might as well test her. So we are both on an antibiotic and since I am in so much pain I can only have liquids. And this sucks because I'm finally hungry.
