I can't even imagine what this meal looks like. LOL! Hamburger and soup are not two things I thought I'd hear in the same sentence. ;D

But of course! That recipes split into 8 servings comes out to 5 points per serving. If I remember right, it's a pretty generous portion . . . 1-1/2 to 2 cups. But, to be honest, when I'm dealing with soup, I don't get too precise about my measurements.

NICE! That looks sooo good, I think I'll plan on making it this week.

Mine is SOUPER (<-- see what I did there) easy and we all love it.

Brown a pound of GB, chopped onions and garlic. season to taste
add 3 cans of chicken broth, 1 can of tomato sauce and 1 can of corn
simmer for at least 15 mins
add 1/2 bag (I think that's 8 oz) of macaroni & cook til tender

We eat ours with cornbread...yummy!

All sounds delicious but the chicken broth confuses me. I use beef broth as hamburger is beef. Is chicken really better tasting?

Yeah - it is a little odd. I'm sure you could substitute beef broth and it would be just as yummy.

I dont use broth at all, just water. The tomatos add enough flavor for me - broth isnt necessary.
