Default We bought a puppy!!!
We have been researching and trying to find the best dog for us for about a year now. We decided on a great dane (yes I know exactly how large they are) and we put a deposit on a puppy last night.
We are going to name her Sookie (like Sookie Stackhouse-yes I am a trubie books and show). We are over the moon excited.
here is a pic.
I just had to share.

My dh said that too...but she is only two weeks old right now and the breader gave each of the dog totally corny names..so I hope the name is not a curse. I asked her to start calling her Sookie.

he is so cute!!!! We love big doggies! They step on yer toes, but they sure are sweeties!!!
We have an 80 poung sheepdog & wouldn't trade her for the world- and she sure would be scary for any intruders, I tell ya!!! (She's trained to be too so that helps!)

Oh I love big dogs. We just put a deposit on our new doggie last week! We are getting another Shihtuz though. Small dogs are better for apartments.

I'm also desperate for a dog (did anyone else have that Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen CD when they were little?). And I ADORE great Danes! He's so adorable!!!
