Default Major cloud 9 moment :D
OMG guys. If you don't know, our son Noah, who will be 4 in July, has autism. He is verbal, but not much. He mostly just repeats stuff we say, and he doesn't initiate conversation at all.

Tonight he called me Mommy for the FIRST TIME EVER that wasn't us trying to get him to repeat a word. He was playing in his room, I went to check on him, and he grinned, held out his hand, and said "Come, Mommy!"

I haven't stopped grinning since.
