Hey, I wanna feel pretty too! I started today because the kids went back to school so I was a) up early and b) had the Wii all to myself. My goal is to stick with it everyday

Starting weight: 184 (5'10)
Goal weight: not really a goal to loose weight, wanna start getting more active and tone up some flabby areas.

Sunday - 5 minutes of hauling dd's old dresser to the curb for trash pickup
Monday - nada
Tues - grocery shopping = walking right??
*Wednesday - 33 min Wii Fit (Yoga, Strength and running)


Other goal: I need to drink more water also, I'm really bad about that.

anyone have one of those fitness games (like Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum) for the Wii? I was looking at those and wondered if it was worth it or just similar to the regular Wii Fit program.

Starting weight: 179.6 (6 Oct 2008)
Current weight: 161.8 <---that's down 2 lbs from last week!!!!!!!!!
Goal weight: 160 (my "ideal" weight is like 138. I am taking baby steps to see what is REALLY ideal for me without having to kill myself to maintain that weight!)

Exercise Mins:
SUNDAY: 45 min spin class (10.5 miles)
MONDAY: Nada (I sprained my ankle on Sun so I had to take the day off)
TUESDAY: 45 min spin class (10 miles)
WEDNESDAY: Nada (taking the kiddos bowling)

Other random goals/thoughts for the week: Drink lots of water!!

Last Weigh In: 113.4
Goal weight: 110

Excercise Mins:
MONDAY: 30 min stability ball work out (turns out I'm not so stable though LOL)
TUESDAY: SOOOO sore!
WEDNESDAY: 36 mins treadmill (8 min warmup/cooldown 28 mins running - 2.25 miles total)

Other random goal for the week, sleep more regular hours.
(I slept like a good girl Sun, Mon, and Tues night )

I'm a notorious night owl and usually only get about 4 hours sleep which I know isn't enough.

Starting weight: let's just say my size 14 jeans that I'm wearing right now are a little snug
Goal weight: ultimately my goal is about 140. I've learned that for my body, that's where I feel the best. When I weigh less than that, I look WAY too top-heavy.

Sunday - 45 min Wii Fit
Monday - 45 min Wii Fit
Tues - 30 min Wii Fit (had to cut it short for a dentist appt this morning).
Wednesday - 50 min Wii Fit (20 yoga, 20 aerobic, 5 strength, 5 balance)

I'm joining a bit late, too.
I started last Thursday and you can see my progress in my siggy.


Monday - 30 mins vigorous walking on treadmill w/ and w/o incline
Tuesday - 30 mins vigorous walking/jogging on treadmill w/ and w/o incline
Wednesday - nothing
Thursday - Week 1/Day 1, Couch to 5k. 2 miles in 35 mins on the treadmill.
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

Starting weight: 113
Goal weight: 110 I guess. I'm really not so concerned about the number as much as I just want to be toned and look hot for when we eventually go to Hawaii

Excercise Mins:
Monday: Weights, 30 min
Tuesday: Treadmill, 40 min/2 miles
Wednesday: Weights, 30 min
Thursday: Treadmill, 40 min/2 miles

Other random goals: Eat and sleep on a much more regular schedule

Start: tired, and unhealthy
Goal: more energy, get my blood pressure down, fit into a size 14

Monday: Wii fit 32min
Tuesday: 2 hrs of shopping, Wii Fit 25 min
Wednesday - nothin'
Thursday - 30 min Wii Fit

And I have eaten breakfast everyday this week!

other goals: drink more water, control portion size

Alright girls, where is everyone? Surely not everyone has dropped out in the first week????

I had to take it easy today. My knee is acting up, so I didn't want to strain it and do more damage than good.
