I put 26-30 and not done cause I am not positive. I was 27 when I had my first and only. I think I am done, but I am newly single and would not be against another one if the time ever felt right again.

I was 28 when I had my third and last, and we are 99.9% done, but not because of my age. Tony is 10 years older than me, so we factored that in to our decision.

This is us too, Jamie. I was 29 when I had JJ and Jeff is 10 years older. He's 110% done, I was done but now I don't have a baby anymore.. but.. yah.. we're done.

Well... we've been trying for over a year now... the deadline was son's birthday, but I'm not ready to give up hope yet... new drop date is my birthday in October, when I turn 35... if it doesn't happen by then, we are meant to only have one.

I had Bella last year not long after I turned 22, and as far as I am concerned we're done. There's already almost 5 years between Bella and Zach and I don't want my kids far apart in age. There's 9 years between my sister and I and while we're close its nothing like the closeness I have with my brother who is only 19 months older than me.

I thought I had my last one at 35 (boy #4 - Sam) but then we got our surprise twinkies. I was 38 when they were born and now we are done-done-done!

I was 32 when I had Joy... and had my tubes tied a few months after she was born. I have 2 boys (18 and 15) and Joy just turned 11 last month.

I was 35 when little Rae was born (she turns one TODAY - sniff, sniff). We will definitely have one more, and I'll probably be 37 when the next one comes. We will most likely be done after that, but I'm not drawing any big black lines in the sand.

so.. i was 21 when i had ce.. and have accepted being done for a really long time (health reasons)..blah blah blah long story short without the details
life swings around and you're healthier and in a different life situation and someone mentions wanting to have kids in 10 years! i'd be 38- that seems crazy to me.. LOL though obv some of you have had kids in that age bracket.
This is just something that has been bothering me for months haha.. and i decided to make a poll about it today I'm like pretty s ure I still can't - physically- nevermind mentally.. but i dunno. BUT.. it's very obvious from the poll that I am in the way minority as I'm the only one in the 21 done cat

I was almost 28 when I had our 3rd and last baby, I've always wanted 3 so we were most definitely done after he was born! He'll be 3 in a few weeks and I've been watching my 1yo niece for a few months now and she has really made me realize that we made the right decision for our family!! You couldn't pay me enough $$ to go back to the baby stage now, I just love her to pieces but I'm so glad when her parents pick her up at the end of the day lol!!

well crap I hit the wrong one!! But since I have to comment I'll elaborate on my answer. I was done having kids at 33 years of age. Number 4 was born just 12 days before I turned 34. I wanted to be done with kids by 35. Well someone else had other plans for me and I found out just about 3 weeks before I turned 35 that I was pregnant with #5, so I had my last baby about 4 months before I turned 36.

So I should have voted 31-35 DONE not 31-35 not done

I was 36 when Peyton was born but turned 37 the next month and we are DONE DONE DONE...can you say put a fork in it DUN!!!!!! I was 22 when Sam was born, 30 when Ben was born, 35 when Abby was born and 36 with Peyton...so I did it in all the age brackets {just about!!!!}...and I tought I was done after 2 and I guess that wasn't the case! ...on that note, the oldest and the 2 youngest are not close at all...she is more like their mother than their big sister! will be glad when the last one is potty trained!!!!

You and me both! Pregnancy is really hard on my body, and Bella was a bad pregnancy, so even if it wasn't for the age difference I'd be done. She was transverse almost the entire pregnancy so it was sooooo painful. It didn't matter how many times we got her turned around she'd go back that way which led to me being induced early.

We've been trying for about three years with no luck so far. I'm willing to keep trying for a while longer...but Andrew just turned 40 and he's feeling like he doesn't want to do the baby stage again.

I had my fourth a few days after my 30th birthday. I didn't want to be done, but my dh was DONE. I'm glad I allowed him to make that decision. I've been done for 18 years!

I had my first at 30, second at 33, with 2 miscarriages between and one after. So we were DONE because I couldn't take the heartache anymore. But before we could get anything final done, or even get back on regular birth control, 2 months after the last miscarriage I got pregnant with twins. Had them at 37 and we were definitely done after that!

i had Jessica (#3) a month after my 30th bday, i'm sure we are done only cuz dh is way more practical than i am.... my heart wants another one though *sigh*
but we have enough craziness in our house to make up for another one i suppose!

the boys and jessica are only 3 years apart, but my brother and I are 9 years apart and we are super close, so wouldn't nec. think it's so bad.....

I was 38 when I had my second and last baby. I am so done, that I am calling my doctor this week to schedule a tubal ligation. I think am too old and tired, at 39, to have anymore.

I had to mark the first category but I wasn't a teen. I married at 19 and had my girls at 20 and 21...then an ovary removed at 22 and the rest of the hysterectomy at 26! My older sister has a 4 year old though...and we are both in our early 40's! My SIL is my age and has a 3 year old and I'm not sure if she's done or not.

I was 34 when Rachel was born....43 hour labor...I made sure that DH MADE SURE than I wouldn't go through that again.
I regretted getting him neutered later, but honestly, we can't afford another baby anyway, so we are done.

I don't have kids so I can't do the poll.
But for now I'll say I'll try til I'm ready to stop or til the Lord says it's time to stop.

ds was born 2 months before my 35th bday, and we are done having biological children. we might consider adopting some day. right now we feel full and complete with the two children we are blessed with.

I had my first at age 23, miscarriage, second at 27, third at 29, and my 4th at 33. And we are done. Interestingly enough, my last pregnancy was my easiest. I didn't have all sorts of weird problems, preterm labor, and bedrest like I did with my first three. I was totally prepared for it to be my worst pregnancy and it ended up being my best.

I was 36 when DS2 was born & we decided to be done. I was 35 when DS1 was born though so we had a late start. I still kind of regret not having a third while still in my 30's but I'm almost 43 and just cannot imagine getting pregnant now.

I had our last baby (#3) three months after I turned 30. Dh had the big V when ds was a year old and we are done done done and I am thrilled! Sometimes I get the pang for another baby now that my little guy isn't so little anymore but 3 was definitely the limit for my sanity.

I had my son when I was 21 and I am done. Of course I was 15 almost 16 with my first and almost 18 with my second soooo I am done only because I have three and that seems right for me. If I had waited to have kids til I was older I think I would not have wanted any kids past 32ish (which would make me around 50 when that baby turned 18)

27 and no babies yet. ::sigh::

It is good to know that so many of you had babies at an older age (late 20's and into 30's). That's something I worry about right now, but hubby isn't ready yet. I'm hoping I can convince him to start trying after we go to Ireland next summer.

i was 31 when i had DS, 33 with DD. they are now 3 and 1. I had a late start because we struggled with infertility for 4 years (2 miscarriages) before DS. I love being pregnant (even though i have to give myself shots during the entire 2 pregnancies) and wouldn't mind another one, but we will both decide if we want to in a year or 2. but if we ever decide to have another, i want to do it soon while still in my 30s. hmm i'll have to vote for not done.

I had my first at 28, 2nd at 31, and 3rd at 33. We're sooooo done! Three is a good number for us, but I think 4 would push me over the edge. I'll be a little sad when Lauren is no longer a baby (she's 15 months now), but I can't imagine doing it all again.

I was 29 when I had DD and who knows if I'm done. For now I would say I'm done, but you never know. My mom had my sister when she was 41 (I was 13 - a baby and a teenager, poor woman LOL). She never expected to have another child at that age. So, I have to say I don't know...

It's nice to see so many mommies in their late 30s and mommies that have more than 3 babies!!!! I just turned 37 and am pregnant with our LAST baby!!! Yay!! I will still be 37 when I have the baby.

We have 3 boys!! I had my first at 18, another at 33 and our "baby" as of now at 34...I wanted to be done by the time I was 35 but got the baby itch last fall...after an early miscarriage at the beginning of the year we are pregnant and just saw a healthy little bean yesterday!!!

Well, I was 27 when DS was born, and I will be having my second DS in about 5 weeks and I will be 32 at that time. We always said that we wanted to have three, and so I marked the 31-25 and not done. However, with this pregnancy, we have had a downs syndrome scare, and so I don't know if I can go through that whole thing again, since I know the odds for downs increase as you get older. We will see though...I haven't added #2 to the mix yet...
