WHY don't the kids get tired...
when they are sick?
Me and my two little ones (almost three and six months) came down with a nasty cold this weekend, and it's hit its hardest today... but of course they were up like 13765 times last night and I just needed to SLEEP. Now DD is running around the house, climbing on the couch complaining that her throat is scratchy and her legs hurt but she won't slow down! It makes me dizzy watching her. There must be some sleep inducing meds I can give her.... BAH! |

LOL-My middle sone is the exact same way-he never slowed down even when sick-made the whatever sickness he had last at least a day or two longer because your body needs rest when it is ill...Silly, silly boy!
I hope they get well soon!

I have that problem too, and the meds don't help. My kids are in the small percent that react by being hyper to med that knock other kids out.

LOL... I've always wondered this too! My oldest (7) has FINALLY hit the rest stage when he is sick, but my 3.5 yr old almost has MORE energy it seems.
Hope that you all are feeling better soon!
