HOW TO... HOW do I???

I know how to download the cookies/templates. I do NOT know how to use them. Can someone tell me or point me to a tutorial, etc? TIA

and, um, it's only 9 days til Christmas and I'm not even CLOSE to being done shopping/scrapping (making a IRL scrapbook for my daughter)!! I still have some shopping to do for my hubby and a calendar to make for him (I'm cheating this year and making one straight from Shutterfly) OMG!!!!

Wrapping is done every year the day before Christmas Eve or a few days earlier, depending on what we have yet to do. I'm finishing shopping this weekend. Hoping to finish scrapping this week and this weekend. Gotta keep my dd outta the house tho, so looks like she'll be at her dad's this weekend instead of hanging with us!!
