Default Christmas Card Disaster, Part 2

You will all be glad to know that I haven't hurt any FedEx employees yet. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

The less-than-helpful people at FedEx don't know where my cards are. Apparently, according to the oh-so-charming telephone lady, the delivery guy is "pretty sure" he actually didn't leave them at our house after hearing the description of said house. Have I mentioned the house is CLEARLY MARKED????? Anyway, he won't be in the area until the end of the week, but then he'll be glad to try to remember where he left them, try to retrieve them, and try to redeliver. Uhhhhh...yeah. I'm so holding my breath.

Ok, to speed this up, I called Vistaprint and the truly helpful lady has created another order for me, already has them prossessing, and will have them out the door tomorrow. They'll be here Friday, at the latest, if FedEx can find my house. The best part??? She did it all for free. No fees, no charges, nothing. Maybe she could tell I was desperate? I'm just so pleased with their customer service!!! I'll have labels ready to stick on the cards and mail them out Friday night. Maybe some will make it in time for Christmas!!!

FedEx=
Vistaprint=

Thats so awesome of Vistaprint!! Now, I'm crossing your fingers that Fedex doesn't screw up a 2nd time!

Haha... I wonder where he delivered your other ones? And how they reacted to seeing 100 x-mas cards with your pictures all over them!

I know...that's what I don't get...why didn't the people who got them just call FedEx? I mean, I know we have a gorgeous family and all, but what are you going to do with 100 pics of us???

That is awesome service! I called WHCC and explained about my cards stuck in customs, and they too, redid my cards and reshipped them, even though it was NOT their fault they were stuck. My cards stuck in customs just got released, so now I'll have two sets LOL.

I hope FedEx can find you this time!

On a hopeful note, I ordered from Vistaprint 'round the same time you first did, Jennifer, and love my cards! So when you finally do get them, I think you will too!

FINALLY!!!! The mystery is solved. Now someone tell that lazy driver to get out, find my cards, and deliver on foot. Geesh.

PS) Awesome!
