Help me prepare to go back to work...

It's been almost 6 months since I stopped working full time to enjoy the arrival of our new baby boy. Well, that baby is over 4 months old now, and sadly, time has come for me to return to my regular work schedule. I also have my other two boys who are just about 6 and 4.



DH and I will be leaving them at my mom's early due to our commute and start times ~ so .... that's where you all come in! Give me your tips for staying organized! I need to do stuff at night to make for easy mornings, and also - think ahead to dinner since we'll be getting home between 5-6pm by the time we've picked up the 3 boys. then there'll be the afternoons when it's straight to the park for practice. And Laundry...

Oh man, I'm soooo not ready to go back to work yet!
