Default Internet Explorer vs. Firefox Mozilla

I've had some issues with IE and have started to use Mozilla and am wondering what others are using.

One thing I haven't figured out so far, is how to link an image on my posts. In IE, I would right click and look at properties and then just add the img and /img at the ends, but not sure how to do that with this new browser?

Do you use Mozilla? If so - what do you like about it?

Thanks

with firefox, you just right click and copy image location..no need for properties

Firefox is by far the safer browser, the rest is all up to personal preference.

Ok, that was easy I haven't been able to download or even get kits into my cart, so i was told to try using Mozilla and thankfully i was able to do some shopping now!!! So I guess it's going to mean just getting used to this new browser

You can also download an add-on skin thingy to make it look like internet explorer so if you are used to IE Firefox will seem just like it.

I like it because it loads so much faster then Internet Exporer. I thought my computer was just slow or the connection was slow but when I switched to FF it loads almost instantly now. No waiting for web pages anymore!!

I switched to FF about 6 months ago because I wasn't able to get DST or MSA gallieries to load in IE. I am SO happy I switched because it is a much faster browser and the only thing I've found that will make it freeze is too much Bejeweled on Facebook... LOL!

I've been using FireFox since its earliest days and I'm happy with it. For the past few months I've been also using Google Chrome -- it definitely beats FF in speed (which is fast when compared to IE anyway), there are some things that I'm missing as yet though, but I think it's worth trying.

I'm so used to using FF that it completely throws me off to use IE when I'm at my parents' house on their computer. I usually even forget that IE exists anymore.

I use IE or Google Chrome (which is SOOO much faster!). I tried FF but didn't like it at all.
Hubby uses Safari (yes, you can put Safari on a PC), and it is faster than any of the other browsers we have tried.

I love Firefox but I prefer Google Chrome. It loads fast, the interface is clean & uncluttered. I just love love Google Chrome!

I haven't been crazy about FF, though I do have to use it to DL kits from SSD since IE corrupts my links. I will have to try Google Chrome!

I use FF and I love! I still keep IE on my computer because I need it in a rare moon. I hate using IE at work. I'm about ready to install Firefox on it.

I converted to firefox a few months ago and I'll never look back! Like others have mentioned, I too notice it runs faster for me than IE and I hear it is a much safer browser.

Also, one of my favorite things are the add-ons you can quickly download from their site. Some of my favorites are 'read it later' 'cool previews' 'personas' 'morning coffee' and 'ad block plus'.

I used FF for about 2 and a half years, but in the last 3 months it kept crashing my laptop all the time, not good when I have it on all day and had to keep restarting it.

I now use Google Chrome, I do miss the ad blocker but I can live without it.

I switched to FF a few months ago, and loved it. But lately, it keeps freezing and crashing. My dad uses Google Chrome, I might try that soon.

I love my pc but use Safari on it. I switch from IE about 10 months ago. IE is evil. I love some Apple things and this just happens to be one.

Firefox does do updates really frequently. I wonder if that would help your problem to update?

Chrome has extensions (aka add-ons) now. One of them is and ad blocker called Ad Thwart. I ♥ it. That and my extension for twitter make me a happy girl, lol!

I switched over to FF about a year or so ago. I have to say that I don't miss IE at all. For those of you that want super fast... then Chrome may be the one for you (it is faster than FF for me). I use Chrome once in a while when I am playing games on Facebook and need the speed. I personally find FF the easiest to use ... I adore my Fast Dial page on FF. ♥
