Default Have you made Macarons?

I am in love with the look of these little cookies.

I have never tasted them, or made them, but think I am obsessed with the idea of them.
Has anyone here ever made them?

So pretty! I've never made them, nor have I ever even tasted them, but if they are half as good as they look, then they'll be yummy!

I have never made them, but they're sure enough pretty common in Luxembourg. I don't like them, too sweet for my taste, but I don't like sweet things too much, so don't take my opinion seriously. I don't think they're too difficult to make IMHO.

I have wanted to make them...does that count? They look so pretty. I would love to make them for a tea party themed birthday or wedding.

i never had macarons until i moved to france - i think they are originally a french (?) (at least european?) cookie ... i see them fairly often in the US now though
