Wall hangings
Okay everyone! I am going to make a layout that will be used for our city's 4th of July Baby Contest. I am such a cluster scrapper that I need some ideas for a certificate like layout for a photo, their name, and what category they won. Any ideas?

I can picture something in my mind. If you use templates maybe you could alter an invitation template with the info on the lines to fit the certificate and then go from there?
ETA:youd probably have to alter the invitation slightly in size but if you found something that worked that was already formatted like that I think it would be really easy to do.
