Facial Blur on Photos

I'm trying to blur out the face of my DD's friend on my page. How do I do that nicely on CS5? I need it totally blurred out and I don't like using the smudge tool, but the blur tool, even at 100%, isn't enough. Thanks!

If I ever need to blur a face out, I make an oval selection of the face then use gaussian blur.

I use the oval selection tool, feather it by 2 pixels, then apply gaussian blur.
