Show Me Your COVID-19 Layouts
How are you scrapping this? I want to see what everyone else is scrapping...fears, anxiety, facts, lockdown. Show me your pages!

I wrote a three page essay! Mostly facts. This was a week ago - so much has changed since then.
And yesterday I've just posted these ones in the gallery: There's plenty more I could scrap about it - which I'll hopefully get to eventually.

Those are so good! There are enough stories to make a photobook, I think!
Here's my second page about the anxiety I feel, not about the virus, but about the future after the virus.

I do a family album every year - given that nearly every usual aspect of our lives is currently on hold I don't think I'll have anything else to put in that album except coronavirus! (for possibly a few months of it anyway).

I scrapped a lot about it already. I work for the communication department of our local government and we're in the crisis team, so the coronavirus is all we communicate about these days.
My first page Photo of my last day I actually had to travel to work. Page about the coronavirus and how the measures the government is taken, change constantly.

Some more
Story about the scary times we live in. And how I'm trying to stay calm. This too, shall pass. But it's not always easy to believe that. Layout about the coronavirus and the facts & figures for Belgium. Layout about the curve that was starting to flatten in Belgium. And then, bang, the numbers were way up again. It really got me scared thinking we could never win this!

These pages are so great, you guys! I know it's a difficult subject, but I always feel better once I've written or scrapped about something, and this IS our life right now, like Kim said. I've done several, and I'm inspired to do a few more, thanks to your lovely layouts:

I did this one on the 16th. That seems FOREVER ago!
I need to scrap some more about it. I have NOT had any scrapping mojo this week.

This one is about how we started using our cloth napkins because of the paper goods shortages. (And we're LOVING using them.)

You sure can tell that scrapbooking is therapy for a lot of us- based on how beautiful these layouts are!

It's so hard to scrap these days with everything going on in the world but I have few layouts about it

Oh wow!!! These are all amazing! I haven't done any that really document facts yet. I have done a couple this week about my feelings. I'll post as soon as I upload them.

I find that working from home has caused me to not want to scrap -- guess to much on computer for work and then I don't want to get on another computer. I think I am going to dedicate April to making at least 2 layouts a week (or more).

I've been focused on journaling and taking screen shots of the latest developments. No scrapping yet, but the layouts I'm seeing here are amazing!

My EHD is not broken (thank goodness!) but the plug needs to be fixed & I can't get anyone to look at it until next month (or whenever the shelter-in-place is lifted). I can access my photos in Google Photos but then I have to search for, download, etc. so I only have easy (lazy) access to my quarantine photos and, thus, that's all I've scrapped the last couple weeks.
I plan on making a separate album of just COVID layouts so I'm getting a good start on that. This one was inspired by your blessings layout, Kellie. |

I'm doing an album tracking our day to day of our social distancing... tracking numbers in the nation and my state, daily... tracking top new articles of each day. I'm falling behind scrapbooking as my son's homeschooling is more demanding (we were already homeschooling before covid, but he is caught up on what we were doing and I need to supplement...)

During this crazy coronavirus crisis we all have to stay at home. I work from home and when I've finished for the day, I love to take an evening walk. Last week, I could witness some beautiful sunsets.

Since I'm working from home during this pandemic, I've created a work space for my own and scrapped about it.

I've done quite a few. Some are a lot more obvious than others. Just trying to capture the whole gamut of what I've been feeling. Scrap therapy is awesome.

Oh my goodness, these are SO good! So far, I've just journaled about it in my regular PL pages & made one about our evacuation day. The pages here are so inspiring!! Need to really get a handle on my distance teaching responsibilities & routines so I can get more of these pages done while the feeling are still fresh!

I'm still getting so emotional. The one minute I'm fine and the next I can burst into tears. It's just too much sometimes. My work takes up a lot of time and it really stresses me out.

This is a layout that I scrapped due to the virus shutting down the manufacture of Peeps....yes I know many think they are disgusting, but they happen to be my FAVORITE Easter candy!

We try to do a lot of fun activities during this corona pandemic. She's playing with my ministeck from when I was a child. My mom kept it in the attic for over 20 years. Now she's having fun with it. Our first project was an owl.

I have been away for a bit, but in all this turmoil, I REALLY needed an outlet for everything that's been going on. I rarely document much about my work, or current events... I'm busy enough and never really find the time, or the inclination. But now, what I do as a healthcare professional has been thrust in the spotlight, and here we are. I have quite a few more in different stages of coming along. Some about work. Some about going to work and then coming home to pretend to be a teacher to 2 small kids. Some about trying to sob in peace until I find inspiration to get up and go to work again. Bear with me! But here are my 2 first ones
and this one, about the lack of proper PPE. As a quick PSA, if you happen to have ANY PPE (surgical masks, N95s, surgical gowns, gloves, visors... ) Please, please PLEASE consider donating it to your local health department/hospital/doctor. We are all facing very, very, VERY frightening shortages, which will mean, in very plain terms, that doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers will have to chose between caring for patients and caring for themselves by foregoing treating patients. Some are already there. Don't stop to think.. "It's only 2 masks, it's not enough to make a difference"... to the person receiving those 2 masks, it might be the difference between going home to their family or never going home at all.
