Yeah obviously, we will be starting completely over, too. I realize it isn't politically correct to have a shower for the 2nd child, but I think when that child arrives 14 years after the last, it's ok to bend that rule, no? LOL

We may be 'strange' here, but we think it's awesome to celebrate every new baby... I had 3 showers in just about as many years.

I didn't know it's politically incorrect to have a baby shower for every new baby. Here in Brazil it's the normal thing to do: a baby shower for every new baby.
I didn't one for DD b/c it would be really complicated at the time (family issues) and now, this baby prob. will not have one either, b/c I'll be living in another country and I guess I'll not have any close friends at the time to share my joy. But that's ok.

We've always done showers for any and all babies...they are all worthy of celebrating! Plus that babies will still need toiletries, diapers, wipes, etc, so even if the family doesn't need the gear etc, there are still needs....and it's SO much fun to buy those tiny baby clothes!
